This is fascinating to me. I have been experimenting with my version of your Bearing Diet for Not Eating So Damn Much, and the post called Loss Mode. Tonight I pulled out my almonds and cheese and made snack bags for myself. I too have been eating probably 50% of my calories from fat (thank you for calculating, Sparkpeople) and "not enough" carbs, according to Sparkpeople. But I feel well-enough fed. Amazing, considering I'm probably eating half of what I used to eat, mindlessly. You analyze things just like I do. LOL Thanks so much. Think I'll have some tea. :-)
