All caught up on the chronological index.

This is just a sort of bookmarking post to let you know, in case you are one of the readers who care about it, that I got all caught up on the post that's the chronological list of all posts about gluttony, weight loss, and weight maintenance.  Entries are now up to date through, uh, a few days ago.  

(That took me a while, because it had been more than a year since I updated it.)

Maybe I should repost it, I don't know.  It gets a fair amount of traffic.  Anyone think that would help?

Yeah, I did consider it, but I haven't figured out an easy way to put it together. I've been having a heck of a time just sitting down to write a blog post lately.
