Admittedly, it does take some getting used to! What do your kids say?
I think the best part of all of this--besides the health implications, of course--is that you feel as light in your thoughts as you do in your shoes. That's freeing, isn't it? Freedom from excessive attachment to something as earthly and basic as FOOD.
I used to be there but I'm not right now. I KNOW I'm overeating and I know WHY I'm overeating. This pregnancy has me very anxious and I am hiding from my fears.
I know your purpose for losing was health not fashion but isn't fun to be able to tuck in your shirt and wear a stylish belt?! It's one of the things that I miss the most when I am wearing maternity and nursing tops. I long to tuck...
