Maybe I'll post something long on my own blog rather than try to put it into comment form. I need to check the sheets the PT gave me to see if the info is available online or if I could potential scan it without copyright infringement.
The biggest thing was to do mini-crunches, barely lifting my head off the ground, while engaging my abs and wrapping a sheet/Moby Wrap around my midsection to pull the abs together at the same time.
