I might have squeezed in a bit of Christina Rossetti because she's a personal favorite of mine. In the Bleak Midwinter. Or maybe even Goblin Market, though that's longer.

And I would never be able to let it go with one Eliot. I'd at least have had to add The Journey of the Magi to get some of his religious poetry in. And maybe one of the Four Quartets.

But with poetry I know no self restraint. I'd always overload the syllabus.

I think your list is quite good and rather closely matches the British half of my comps list.

I forgot about Journey of the Magi -- it is quite a good one. I'll think about suggesting its addition.
