Something I use to help me is to organize my calendar LOOSELY. Meaning after I've blocked out the hard-scheduled items, I put a blocked out time on the calendar for a category of things (Clean, Craft, Documents, etc.) and try to do at least 15 minutes of that type of thing during that time. I don't have to do more, just that minimum. It's more a reminder -- I need to spend some time on this today -- than a todo list. While I don't think my categories would work for you, maybe the idea of it could be adapted to your self-care items?
